(More customer reviews)This is a great basic HD starter camcorder that is priced at an excellent price point. Very simple to navigate through the menus and has a simple lens system (no auto focus) which means nothing to fail in a quick shot (no focus hunting). The included battery last about 1.5 hours and is charged via the included charger (has auto off after full charge). What impressed me is the fact that SVP includes the HDMI cables for the HD as well as the component video cables. Another nice feature is the HDMI is active all the time during power on, recording and playback.
