(More customer reviews)Bought this Sony HDR-CX160 Handycam which also came with the Ultimate Bundle sold through Beach Camera. The camera is great but had problems with Beach Camera on getting the right items in the Ultimate Bundle. The description of the Ultimate Bundle indicates it comes with Deluxe Filter Kit. The filters didn't come with the camera. After a few e-mails to Beach Camera, I was told by a sales manager that the filters don't come with the Ultimate Bundle. After a couple more e-mails I did receive an e-mail from the sales manager who said that he had to talk with the Sony Rep (??????????) and he would send out the filters. I'm still waiting for them to arrive. Now I've noticed that the back-up battery is not a Sony battery. After charging the battery it would only run for about 2 minutes then a message would appear on the screen that says "not compatible with this device." Over all the camera is good its just that someone isn't watching what is going into the packing box at Beach Camera and they don't know what they've got in their ads.
