It says its rated to 180ft, however, the hard UW casing that usually comes with this camera is what makes it waterproof to 180ft. I didnt see it listed here, so i sent them an email. They replied with a list of items that are included in this package;

As you can see, the hard UW Case isnt listed, meaning that this is NOT waterproof to 180ft.
the second thing you need to notice is that the silicone skin that is in the title of this item is not included either. So, in fact, this camera is not waterproof at all. If you put this camera in water without the casing and skin, it will fry.
