It was purchased as a birthday gift for my son, and upon several tests, we quickly discovered that the microphone didn't work. What was worse than the product was dealing with the Seller, CCD Experts! I asked them if there was anything I could try to get the microphone to work, and they instructed me to ship it back as they thought something was wrong with it. After they got it back, they said nothing was wrong with it and shipped it back to me without fixing or replacing anything. Can you guess what happened next? We tested it again, and got the sound to work ocassionally, in 20% of the tests at best. We are shipping this item back and warn everyone to stay away from this low end product.
