My husband received this camera through his company for his years of service. It is a nice little camera for what it is. I have a different camera for my "serious" recording, but this camera works nicely. It's great to toss in my purse and have "at the ready" for video opportunities. It comes with a little velvet black bag for storage, which is nice since it doesn't have a lens cap. It doesn't have a flip out screen, which would be nice, but not a deal breaker. Instead, it has a small circle-shaped mirror (the size of a pea) on the front. It has three video quality settings: HD, Sport & WebQ. It uploads well to a PC and works well with Windows Movie Maker. It also comes with a hand strap. The camera has very little internal memory, but will take micro SD cards, so not an issue for space. It has both a USB and HDMI port as well. Contrary to what the previous reviewer said, mine did come with a tripod mount. It is a separate plastic piece with the screw hole in the bottom. I don't feel the need for one personally as I see this camera as more of one to hold and shoot. Just my personal preference. I use this camera for fun video shooting and it works well for that.
