(More customer reviews)usually a camcorder doesn't take great pictures and cameras don't do great video, this camcorder does both very well
The only problem i see with it is that the button to push for taking a picture is a little bit high so when i'm holding it, and my thumb reaches up to hit the button, often the camera moves. It just might take a little practice, maybe I'm holding it wrong, but it is awkward.
