(More customer reviews)The camcorder is absolutely phenomenal. I swear I can film in a higher resolution than I can see in real life. Best bet for your money unless youre willing to jump up to the $750 range. The sound is also great, doesnt distort or squeal like cheaper mics tend to do. The included sd card works fine, but note that in the highest quality filming mode, it gets devoured in about 39 min. Nobody said anything about that before i bought it, so i had to buy 2 32gb transcend sdhc cards, which I also recommend as they hold about 2 1/2 hours of high quality filming each. The kit itself is worth about $50-$60 and since it's the same price as just the camcorder, its a no-brainer. The mini to standard hdmi cable is worth at least $30 by itself. The lens protector kit oddly doesnt have a cutout size for this camcorder, but thats nothing 2 min of measuring and cutting cant fix. The lens cleaning kit is a little cheap; a couple q tips and a water squirt bottle, but it'll suffice. The sd card wallet is a nice idea, but the bindings are a little tight and make you have to fight it to put in the cards as well as take them out, so I wont be using it. The included battery works just fine. Get about 2 1/2 hours out of it. All in all, a great kit thats worth a lot more than you pay for it
