(More customer reviews)I didn't order this from amazon but I figured I should at least tell my experience with Sanyo. I ordered this camera from one of those daily deal sites. Terrible mistake, I get the camera in and it worked for about 2 test runs and then when it turned on the screen just showed the startup screen and froze. So I contacted the website who said "oh, its under warranty, just send it in" so I bought a non working camera and was basically forced to send it in for a warranty issue when it didn't work from the beginning. So Sanyo has me send it to some tv repair place and they keep it for 3 months telling me excuses that they are waiting on parts from Sanyo. As soon as they got those parts they said that that didn't fix it and they were waiting on more parts. Long story short I missed being able to capture 4 very special events because I didn't have this camera.
As far as the camera goes, it really only works well in bright light. If you are in a room that is not extremely bright, colors look weird and you see a lot of dots (noise I believe it is called).
